One of the biggest changes in the last few years with floor coverings is the emergence of natural stone. Although I was fixing terracotta, and slate tiles 30 years ago today’s ranges, styles, and sizes in rich and rustic colours are truly remarkable. Bring in the lighter colours of limestone and travertine to lighten and enhance any room in the house. With different sealers available there is one to give you your desired effect. I am very happy to advise on purchase and suitability of materials for the floor in your property.

The tile opposite is an original style lubelska terracotta brick

There are several treatments, that will preserve the floor from stains, and enhance the colour of the tiles etc

The final and finish is effective and will last for years with minimum maintenance.

Slate floor on the right is tiles in a Flemish bond.
